Personalization

- Please provide a clear photo of the house you'd like painted along with names, city, and any other relevant details.

Care Instructions

- It is strongly suggested to hand-wash all ceramics from our shop. The risk of cracking / crazing glaze is always higher if items are placed in dishwasher. With that being said, use the top rack of the dishwasher at your own risk.

Shipping

- Processing time ranges from 3 to 4 weeks for custom orders
- Shipping goes through USPS or UPS
- Orders are left in the addressed mailbox or P.O. box

- Due to the nature of this item, cracking or chipping may occur during shipment. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days to receive a refund or a shop credit. You will be asked to provide photos of the damage.
