- Processing time: 3–4 weeks

- Shipping carriers: USPS or UPS

- Delivery method: Orders are delivered to the addressed mailbox or P.O. box

Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Processing begins once your order is confirmed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier, and are estimates only.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.


International Shipping & DDU Policy

We offer international shipping. All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means:

- Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the local customs authority upon delivery.

- We do not control or estimate customs fees.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned or abandoned, shipping costs will not be refunded.


Customs Delays

Customs inspections and clearance procedures may cause delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact USPS or UPS directly.
