Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because each piece is carefully handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or broken during shipment.

Damaged or Broken Items (Ceramics & Fragile Goods)

We take great care when packaging our ceramic pieces, but due to their fragile nature, cracking or chipping may occasionally occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can help. To process a claim, we’ll ask for:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a refund or shop credit.

Final Sale Items

All items are final sale, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items

Custom work is non-refundable and non-returnable.

International Orders

At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Damage claims must still be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that time, orders may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.
